Latinos of Montclair and Faubourg invite you to Flavors of South America.
This our community's first-ever fundraising dinner and a celebration of Latinos of Montclair's 4th anniversary.
On May 20th, three celebrated South American chefs will guide you through a multi-course culinary journey paired with world-class wines, accompanied by live Latin jazz and stories from our community.
Chefs de Cuisines Maya Lleras, a native of Colombia 🇨🇴, Marcos Salazar, originating from Venezuela 🇻🇪, together with Executive Pastry Chef Leonardo Argoti from Ecuador 🇪🇨, will highlight regional ingredients and culinary traditions in a unique tasting menu. Each course paired with world wines selected to complement and elevate every bite.
This evening is about more than food. It's a moment to pause, celebrate four years of impact, and recognize the partners, families, and community members who've made our work across New Jersey possible — while continuing to fuel the mission ahead.
